Not at all. I build everything for you and explain it in plain English. If you can use email and a web browser, you're sorted. I also record walkthrough videos so you can always refer back.
I work with whatever you're already using — Xero, Google Workspace, Shopify, Mailchimp, Calendly, Slack, and hundreds more. The automations connect your existing tools together, so nothing changes about how you work day-to-day.
My fee is a one-off payment for the build. Some automation platforms (like Make.com or Zapier) have a small monthly fee — usually $15-$50/month depending on usage. I'll always recommend the most cost-effective option.
Every package includes a support period after launch. I also build in error notifications so you'll know immediately if something needs attention. After the support period, I offer monthly retainers for ongoing peace of mind.
Most projects are done within 1-2 weeks from our first call. A Quick Win can be turned around in a few days. The Full Overhaul typically takes 2-3 weeks.
